Om Namo Bhagavate
Meditation for Restoring Global Harmony (MRH)
Given to the world on 3,4 April 2026
Satyachetana Ashram, Tiruvannamalai, India
Meditation for Restoring Global Harmony (MRH) is a technique which everybody can practice irrespective of religious belief. The aim of this meditation technique is to restore harmony in the planet by becoming a channel of the forces of the higher prakriti, the higher nature of man, and transmit them to Earth’s consciousness. It is a technique for the survival of the human race, and not for the evolution of the individual. The technique can be done alone or in a group.
The Meditation for Restoring Global Harmony can be done a maximum of three times a day, with a minimum of four hours’ gap between each sitting.
Sit quietly. You may start by chanting the Satyachetana mantra nine times, but it is not a requirement.
Set a timer for 15 minutes.
1) Visualize any bright star in space, or if you cannot visualize a star, it can be the sun or the moon.
In your consciousness, be linked with that star or light source. Feel that you are drawing the energy from the star.
While chanting loud Ommmmmmm, bring the light /energy into you through your 7th chakra, the Sahasra chakra, and bring the light all the way down to your 1st chakra, the muladhar chakra. (chant a long omkar, for as long as is comfortable to you).
2) Once you bring the light to your muladhar, at the end of the Omkar, say, Tat Sat. While saying Tat Sat, feel that you are locking the energy of the light in your muladhar. Hold it there for 5 to 10 seconds. The short holding of the light is like a launching pad for the release of the light in the next stage.
3) You may take one or two breaths if needed, and as you chant loud the second Ommmmmm of the cycle, move the energy from your muladhar (first chakra), releasing through your 5th chakra (vishuddha chakra), transmitting it like a beam of light to the particular place you are focusing on. In each sitting, transmit the light to the same place. In the next sitting, transmit it to a different place, or to an expanded place. See the explanation below.
The countries we are focusing on are Iran, Israel, Europe and the United States. To begin, focus on a small area in the country you are focusing on. During the next sitting enlarge the area of focus. In each sitting, enlarge more the focus area. Equally, you can focus just on one small place in the country, and in each sitting move to another location in the country. The idea is to start small and then gradually increase the area, or cover different small areas. That way the energy can go to many areas and become cumulative. If you are not familiar with the country, you may look at the map of the country before starting the meditation, and get a mental idea of the place.
Each Omm-Tat Sat-Omm is one cycle. During the 15 minutes, do minimum 15 cycles. Do not do it for more than 15 minutes. When 15 cycles are done, sit quietly. Feel the inner silence and peace, and focus on the place or the country that you targeted.
If you are doing the technique in a group, all the participants should say the Omm-Tat Sat-Omm loudly. Each in his/her rhythm.
When the 15 minutes end, set the alarm for 5 more minutes and sit quietly. Visualize the light in the space you focused on. You may do the visualization of a beam of light coming up from water, as taught on World Peace Day, 8 March 2026, if you have practiced it before.
The whole process, from the first Omkar, should take 20 minutes.
